Our nursing and support staff are vital to all aspects of the dental care we provide. An expanding team, it includes both qualified and trainee dental nurses. Together, they keep the practice running smoothly, as well as offering each patient personalised dental care.
Hayley began her career at Cambridge Dental in 2012, as a receptionist. She quickly became intrigued by the medical aspect of dentistry, and so trained to become a Dental Nurse. She revels in any opportunity to expand her knowledge, and gained her qualification with an in-depth understanding of the range of treatments and procedures available.
After a spell as a Dental Nurse, Hayley returned to her passion for working with people. She now oversees the day-to-day running of reception, while acting as a treatment coordinator for patients. Her experience as a Dental Nurse has left her with extensive, detailed knowledge of the treatment options available, which allows her to offer expert advice and guidance to patients. Hayley’s priority is to make every patient feel comfortable, relaxed and understood. She’ll help you to pinpoint your unique dental needs and goals, and will be there to support you throughout your treatment, answering any questions you may have along the way.
In her spare time, Hayley likes to take long walks with her partner and their gorgeous Cockapoo Rudy. She also enjoys running and takes part in charity races throughout the year.
Ly has been part of the Cambridge Dental team since 2016. She’s here to enhance each patient’s journey, providing support and a warm welcome. Her natural compassion for those around her means that you’ll always leave Cambridge Dental with a smile on your face!
When not at Cambridge Dental, you’ll find Ly working towards a masters degree in Psychology and Counselling. Alongside this, she does some volunteer work and adores coastal walks with her family and their dogs.
Patricia became part of the Cambridge Dental team in 2000, as a trainee Dental Nurse. She soon qualified and has since gained further qualifications in Radiography and Sedation.
Patricia’s extensive knowledge of dentistry has left her with a well-earned confidence which compliments her caring and approachable nature. She has developed a particular interest in looking after nervous and anxious patients. Patricia understands that not everyone finds dental procedures easy to deal with and is here to help you look after your Oral Health in the most comfortable way possible.
As well as practicing general dental nursing, Patricia also works with our orthodontist and has a keen interest in myofunctional orthodontics for children.
When she’s not working, Patricia can be found spending time with her partner, their three small children and their Cockapoo, all of whom keep her very busy!
As the name suggests, Jadviga is originally from Latvia. Once she left school she wanted to gain some new experiences, learn a new language and live in a different country. Jadviga chose England as she already had friends here and as soon as she visited Cambridge, she knew she’d found the right place.
Jadviga is enjoying her Dental Nurse training, as well as learning the details of dentistry itself. Her attention is especially drawn to helping patients maintain their oral health. Once qualified, she hopes to develop this interest further and become a Hygienist, or possibly a Therapist.
In her spare time, Jadviga continues to indulge her wanderlust, while also enjoying sports and photography.
Danielle has been working at Cambridge Dental since October 2018. She started off her career as a receptionist, but her interest in Dentistry has led her to begin training as a Dental Nurse. She has been enjoying the course since she began in July 2019 and will be fully qualified within the next two years. Danielle has a particular interest in how the dentist and nurse work together during Dental Surgery, specifically when it comes to making dentures.
In her spare time Danielle enjoys keeping fit and going on holiday.
Alongside our dedicated in-house support team, Cambridge Dental works closely with a number of health professionals and Therapists from across the UK. There’ll always be expert support and advice available, no matter what your dental treatment may be.
