Deposit Policy for Private Dental Appointments

At Cambridge Dental, we strive to provide high-quality care while ensuring our clinical time is used efficiently. To help minimise missed appointments and manage our schedule fairly for all patients, we kindly request a deposit when booking dental appointments.

How it Works

  • Deposit Amounts vary depending on appointment type and length. Deposits are required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
  • Your deposit will be credited toward the total cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.

Changing or Cancelling Your Appointment

We understand that plans can change:

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 1 working day in advance, and we’ll happily transfer your deposit to your new appointment.
  • If less than 1 working days’ notice is given, or the appointment is missed, your deposit may be retained to cover the lost clinical time.

Unforeseen circumstances

We recognise that emergencies and unexpected events happen. If you’re unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. In such cases, management may, at their discretion, offer a deposit refund or transfer as a gesture of goodwill.
